Antique Red White & Blue Metal Patriotic Necklace & Bracelet WWII War Time 1940s

You are bidding on an old necklace & bracelet set.
This piece is all metal and is made of painted metal chain attached to brass fittings.
The bracelet is 7 1/2 x 1/2"; the necklace is 17" long on the short side x 1 1/2" wide.
My initial reaction to this set is that it's patriotic theme dates it to the 1940s,
but when I look closely it really feels older than that.

Good structural condition with "as found" patina and surface wear.
