PRETTY ANTIQUE ENGLISH GEORGIAN 15K GOLD CANNETILLE TORPEDO DROP EARRINGS
A pretty pair of antique English, solid 15 carat gold (tests thereabouts) long drop earrings; with later wires, wonderful textured details and applied cannetille decoration. Of heavy duty hollow construction, typical of the period.
A terrific pair - extremely collectable & immensely wearable!
CONDITION
: Very good. Hook wires old additions. Some denting to shapes & cannetille commensurate with age and use - see pics.
DATE/MARKS
: Around 1830/40. Not marked.
DIMENSIONS
: Total drops 48 x 10 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm).
