Victorian 14K Shell Cameo Etruscan Revival Earrings

Stunning and excellently carved shell cameo earrings. These earring are Victorian, Etruscan Revival all original earrings. The cameo's are master carved with very very fine details of the right and left facing goddess. They are in a bezel mounting surrounded by a fabulous Etruscan revival framed motif. The earwires are testing as 10K with a richer gold overlay, the overlay seems to be deteriorating a bit but it is clearly not noticeable when worn. The body of the earrings are testing and guaranteed as solid 14K. The condition of these earrings is excellent with no damage, just overlay gold issues on the hooks. No hallmarks were located.
